1Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing an order.

2Shipping Charges

We offer reliable flat-rate shipping across India based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

3Estimated Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary based on your location:

Metro Cities:8 – 10 Business Days
Rest of India:10 – 15 Business Days
Remote / Special Zones:Up to 15 Business Days

Note: While we aim to meet these timelines, actual delivery depends on the operational efficiency of our courier partners. Delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a specific Tracking ID and a link via:

Serviceability: If your location is not serviced by private couriers, we will dispatch your order via India Post (Speed Post) to ensure it reaches you.

6Important Delivery Information

Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address includes a correct Pincode and Mobile Number. Rajashree Fashion is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Tampered Packages

For your security, do not accept the shipment if the outer packaging appears torn, damaged, or tampered with. Kindly refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
